1. Focus: Keep your attention on what you want. When we think of what we have to do in order to get what we want we tend to focus on the dreadful aspects of the tasks in front of us. Do the opposite. Instead keep your mind centered on the desired outcomes and you will find the motivation to get the work done.
2. List: A to-do list works wonders for building momentum and eliminating broken focus. When you start each day with a to-do list you begin armed with a plan. Each time you accomplish a task on that list you get positive reinforcement. This makes you feel like you are making progress and that motivates you to keep the momentum going.

1-Big Reason Why: You must have a reason that matters greatly to you in order to maintain motivation. If your reason is weak then your efforts will eventually become weak as well. Think about something that you would like to be, do, or have. Once you list the reasons why you want it. Now you have your dream. Your reasons for wanting it fuels your inspiration.
