To succeed at anything it helps to form a picture of what you want and then dwell on that picture until you have what you desire. You still have to do the necessary work and make the proper moves, but the your vision must be a clear one in order for you to manifest it the way that you want it to be.

Self confidence plays a major role in success. If you doubt yourself you tend to live down to your expectations. A high level of belief will propel you when talent is lacking.

Improve your confidence and you will notice major improvements in your results. It all begins with a solid belief in yourself.

If you want a direct route to hitting your goals then pave your journey with inspired action. Take massive action on your aspiration. Do not yield to the temptation of telling everyone what you are going to do before you actually start. This is fool’s gold. It makes you feel good and gets you some praise, but it is short lived.

What motivates you? What fires you up? Do you know what makes you excited? Once you identify the object of your desire then the success struggle is half won. So few people actually sit down and figure out exactly what they want in life.

You must make that a high priority. Identify your dream. Determine the direction of your life by getting clear on what it is that you want.

In order to experience the success that we want we have to give up the comfort that we now feel in return for the fulfillment that we desire. It is in the moments of sacrifice that you begin to earn the things that you dream of having.

So often we find it hard to let go of habits, thought processes and beliefs that are diametrically opposed to what we want. Here is what I mean. You may look in the mirror and feel disgusted with the way your body looks. You are overweight and out of shape. But deep down you want to look thinner, leaner and fit.

Have you ever let your mistakes get you down to the point where you feel discouraged? Do you feel like giving up because it seems you are destined to fail? Well, I want to encourage you to not give up.

Yesterdays failures do not dictate your present or future dreams. You can change the direction of your life in any moment by changing your outlook from negative to positive. What happened in the past is  behind you. It is what you do today and the next day that counts. Focus on what you can do now.

Just because you have faced failure time and time and time again in your past that does not mean you are destined to face defeat forever.

Your situation will change for the better if you continue to grow. With each effort you make to improve your skills and your attitude you will gain confidence and competence.
